The control functions all work but the 2-8 GHz YIG oscillator has low output and so the 10Mhz-2GHz Frequency Converter has no output; hence Error 15 is given.

Unit has output in the upper ranges i.e 8-18.6 GHZ

Futhermore, Option 2 (HP 70Db attenuator) has been removed and replaced with semi-rigid co-ax so the display goes to -75.3Db but the output is attenuated to -5.3Db minimum.

Key "1" has to be pressed carefully to avoid "bounce".
