Apparently, this looks like just an another color variation of standard F-91W with gold LCD display, gold lettering and trim, and gold buttons.

However, F-91WG-9 is the "completed form" of F-91Ws by eliminating the only downside of the watch, "dimness of LED light".

Actually, the LED light is far brighter than other F-91Ws, probably due to the gold tint film on screen.
