Returns will be accepted should you discover this/these item[s] in which you have received are: 1. Not as described in the eBay ad; 2. Damaged from a manufacturing defect; or 3.Obviously damaged from the shipping process. Returns are accepted under those two circumstances; however, any shipping costs related to the returns must be paid by the buyer.

• All returns must be in original condition and must include the original packaging and content in tact.
• Returns should be packed in proper packaging to avoid damage to the item or it original packaging.

• Please allow 3-5 business days after we receive your package to process your return.
• Any returns that violate this return policy will not be accepted and will be sent back at customer’s expense.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Normally, cancellation of orders which have already been paid through PayPal will not be approved. After a transaction and payment, PayPal automatically takes their fee from the transaction and these fees are non-refundable to us. If a buyer requests a cancellation through eBay and the seller approves it, the seller must refund the full amount the buyer paid, but not the amount the seller actually received. Therefore, Cancellations will no longer be approved unless the buyer agrees to receive an amount equal to 10% less than the price they actually paid.
