Product Details:
Crafted in the USA & Italy: This high-quality reverse gear
is machined from durable aluminum and features a beautiful adjustable
lever made from solid billet. The lever is available in polished or
black (based on availability).
Easy Installation: Unlike many other brands, the
MMD™ reverse gear does not require the removal of the trapdoor,
making installation much easier for even those with basic mechanical
knowledge. Installation tool kit included at no extra cost!
Engine Safety Feature: MMD™ reverse gears are the first
on the market to include a safety engine shut-off switch. This
prevents damage if both reverse and forward gears are engaged
simultaneously.
Made for HD 5-speed Transmissions: Fits most Harley Davidson
models (except Sportster and V-Rod) with new generation 5-speed
transmissions up to 2006. Some exhaust modifications may be required for
certain models. Note: Does NOT fit first-generation 5-speed
transmissions (approx. 2 years in production).
