This is for 1 File Card for a GIJOE Action Figure

Character:  HALO Jumper (High Altitude Low Opening) Code Name:  RIP CORD  (Cut nicely, has a bend on the right side visible at certain angles, can barley see it in my opinion, otherwise looks good!)

Sorry, I do not know exactly which figure it may be for, nor do I know the date.  From the 1980's, possibly early 1990's.
