2 x Vintage Monumental Brass plaques - Framed.
Subject : Sir John D'Abernon & Son
Rare replicas of the oldest Church Brass in England, of Sir John D'Abernon, with 6' lance and two-handed sword by his side, dated 1277, in the church of St. Mary, Stoke D'Abernon.
Lying next to him, his son, the second D'Abernon, also John.
Each frame measures.

17 cm in Width
The plaques are in nice condition with some minor and light marks but nothing significant.
The information labels on the back of the frames have some staining but are still legible, as seen in the attached photos.
