There may be delays in postage, please be patience and check your tracking code.
If you have not received your item or it is damaged in transport, please inform
me so I can process a request with the courier.

Refunds will only happen after courier is unable to locate your
item or agrees compensation, this could take a few weeks depending on how busy
the courier company is.  Rest assured your issue will be resolved one way or
another.

Any cancellations required have to be done ASAP before your order is processed
for dispatch. Once processed for dispatch, you will loose the delivery charge.
If the item is already on it's way to you, you will have to send it back to me
at your own cost.  Once the item arrives back to me and is checked,
a refund will be processed.
