The Map has light tears, stains, dirt, water damaged, and creases from Folding.   

Came from the estate of the surveyor.     It's a hand drawn working sheet.   Original, one of kind item. 

Damage from being over 100 years old and living In a rough mining town of Leadville colorado.  Still very readable and interesting.
