  • Most Items will be sent on the same day of payment clearing, if received by 1:00pm AEDST.

    If Prime_inks4less is unable to send the items within three business days the buyer will be notified.

    Registered and insured postage available as per listing for an additional fee.

    Seller accepts no responsibility for missing items where regular postage is selected with no insurance add-on.

    Pick up is available 9:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

    If the buyer requires the items to be sent to an alternative address or/and no invoice attached (drop-shipping) we must be advised BEFORE payment.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please send us an email and request a Return Authority; Items can be exchanged or refunded (please be advised that we reserve the right to charge some fee for returns if the reason is not due to our mistake in the advertising and/or in shipping!)  within 30 days of purchase if they are still in its original factory sealed package. Return shipping will be paid by the buyer except in case the item is recognized as faulty. Any defective Item will be replaced within 3 months from date of purchase. Refunds will not be given to any used, opened or damaged items, but an exchange may be given if the cartridge is found to be defective (after the item will be checked by seller at our premises).

  • All Items come with a 3 month 100% satisfaction, BACK TO BASE guarantee. Return postage is the Responsibility of the Buyer. Any Defective items will be replaced once we have received the defective item back, checked it and found it to be defective. Please be advised that an RA (Return Authority) is required for any return, so please contact us prior to shipping anything back.
