These packs were Topps promotional packs at the 2024 NSCC in Cleveland. You could only get these packs by presenting a sealed 2024 Topps Baseball Hobby Box (1 pack), a 2024 Topps Baseball Jumbo Hobby Box (2 packs) or a 2024 Bowman Baseball Hobby Box (1 Pack). Topps would remove the cellophane seal from the sealed box in exchange for these redemption packs.
