This is a pin-on-pin light up for DCA 4th of July pin. 

It features Mickey Mouse in hiking gear leaning on a wood sign the says 'Grizzly Peak and holding an American flag.

 That is a pin on top of a pin that has Grizzly Peak with fireworks exploding above it and the words '4th of July 2001'. 

The fireworks light up. Across the bottom reads 'Disney's California Adventure'.
