Originally, this card was supposed to be randomly inserted into packs of '98 Resident Evil Trading Cards,

featuring comic legend Jim's Lee artwork and his signature on the back of the card.

The card we are offering is the unsigned version of this card.  To the best of our  knowledge on this card - no inserted Jim Lee card was ever signed - for whatever reason.
We could be wrong, but we have never seen one out of a pack and we have opened a ton of boxes 20+ years ago.  So - who knows for sure...

Any card you may see signed  - we think was done after the fact and somebody got it signed by Mr. Lee later on.
