This antique Chinese lacquerware box is a stunning example of Qing dynasty craftsmanship.     中国建国初期创汇制作的独特漂亮的戗金漆器信匣,工艺精湛和设计考究，极富美感;居中镶嵌清代的深浮雕花枝,昂首挺拔,四周留白,极富文人气息。雕花四周描金芭蕉叶寓意家大业大;两侧描金彩绘喜鹊和蟠桃寓意吉祥和长寿;两头描金彩绘佛宝莲花,寓意平安。保存总体完好,仅仅有些许小磕如图所示,挑剔者勿拍。

    戗金是往下刻出纹饰，与同样显示刀工的雕漆所呈现的浮雕阳纹，形成阴与阳的工艺对比。

    清代康熙朝开始制作戗金彩漆器，雍正朝的制作虽有档案记载，但实物所剩无几。乾隆朝是戗金彩漆工艺蓬勃发展时期，不仅制造量大，而且精品也多。其突出特点是戗金浓厚，色彩鲜艳，纹饰精细，整体装饰光华亮丽，具有浓郁的宫廷色彩和气息。
