What Happens If I Have A Problem?
We offer a wide range of high quality products at great value. We know sometimes things would go wrong but we aim to put them right as quickly and efficiently as possible.
If you have a faulty or damaged item(s) or for any reason receive what appears to be incorrect goods, please take the photo for packaging box and item(with parcel label), then contact us and explain your problem.
We will respond within 1 working day(besides weekend days).
Please do not return goods until you have heard back from us. Unauthorised returns will be refused.
Can I Change My Mind?
Yes! If you need to return goods for any other reason, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order.
Refunds can only be made if the item is returned in the condition it was received including all documentation and original unopened packaging.
Your return package must contain your eBay user ID/order number. Postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
