The DS-CAP Dr Shrink Wrap End-Caps are made to fit on top and bottom of a (2" x 4") that is usually used to sustain shrink wrap covers. The DS-CAP is designed to cap the ends of support poles used with shrink wrap covers, particularly those measuring 2 inches by 4 inches (5.08 cm x 10.16 cm). These poles are commonly used to create a framework over boats, equipment, or other items to be shrink wrapped. Constructed from durable, weather-resistant materials such as high-density polyethylene (HDPE) or similar plastics. This ensures longevity and reliability in outdoor and marine environments where exposure to moisture, UV rays, and saltwater is common. The Caps have slits every 90° for the fiber cord to slide into and when the cover is shrunk, the sections will flex to eliminate pole poke-through.The cap is designed for easy installation and removal, typically featuring a snap-on or friction-fit design. This facilitates quick setup and teardown processes when applying or removing shrink wrap covers.
