This is a new and unused Cardboard Safari small size Pippin the Horse.  These are cardboard puzzles that can be put together and hung on the wall when finished with construction.  Cardboard Safari is no longer in business and these items make very unique home decor.  They can be customized if you prefer and painted or altered to any color you choose, or they can be left in their original cardboard state and color.  I have made several of these they are not hard to put together once you get the hang of it, and they are really nice and very unique on the wall of a home or office.
