Directions

To replace a meal, mix 40 g of XLS-Nutrition (4 heaped scoops) in 200 ml semi-skimmed milk. Always pour the milk in the shaker first, then the powder. Tightly close the lid and shake vigorously.

For example: two-week concentrated weight loss plan

• Week 1: replace three meals a day with XLS-Nutrition. Eat three low-calorie snacks throughout the day

• Week 2: replace two meals a day with XLS-Nutrition and have one healthy and balanced meal a day

PREPARATION:

1 - Pour 200ml of semi skimmed milk into your XLS-Nutrition shaker

2 - Add 40g of XLS-Nutrition powder (4 heaped tablespoons) to the milk

3 - If you're using the vanilla flavour, add 1/2 teaspoon (1.5g) of vegetable oil with a high level of unsaturated fatty acids (sunflower oil will do the trick). If you're using strawberry or chocolate flavour, you don't need to add the oil - skip straight to step 4

4 - Tighten the container and give it a good shake!
