Customer Responsibility for Packaging

You are responsible for securely packaging your item to ensure safe transit. We will return it in the same packaging. Should your item arrive damaged, we will provide you with a photo of its condition upon receipt.

Limitations on Repairs

In rare cases, an issue may arise that is beyond repair, such as water damage, a previous repair, or a faulty processor. In such instances, you may choose either to receive a refund and have your item sent back or, if preferred, we can locate a suitable replacement. We will also transfer all vital data to the replacement unit to ensure it operates seamlessly without additional programming.

Warranty Info:

This gauge cluster service comes with a Limited LIFETIME warranty (unless otherwise stated in the description). This warranty covers issues related to information displays, gauges, and power loss.

However, please note that the backlighting is covered for one year only, as light bulbs and LEDs have a limited lifespan. After the initial one-year period, we will be pleased to replace the lights for you, subject to a nominal fee.

For added convenience and peace of mind, shipping will be covered both ways for the first 3 months after you receive your repaired cluster. However, after this initial period, you will be responsible for the shipping cost when sending the cluster to us.

It's essential to be aware that the warranty is not transferable if you decide to sell the car. We maintain detailed customer records and provide a unique warranty number for easy tracking and identification purposes.
