These front pulley kits are for custom Softail style frames designed for wide rear tire application. Use of these kits will allow you to offset the transmission and 8mm primary belt drive to the left at the same time for the necessary rear drive to wide tire clearance. By moving the transmission and primary drive to the left together as one unit, it helps to keep the engine and its weight as close to the centerline of the frame as possible. The aluminum belt pulleys have a hard anodized finish for years of trouble free service and the removable steel inserts retain the full width spline to shaft contact for excellent power transfer. The 3" wide pulley kits are designed for 8mm open primary application and the 1 5/8" wide pulley kits are designed for 8mm closed primary application.
Complete pulley kit. 47 tooth, 3" wide 1/4" offset.
