Measures 8 1/4" x 4 1/4".  Glass is painted on the back and the flowers and lettering is painted on the front.  Has the appearance of a blue mirror.  When holding up to the light, there are specks that the light shows through.  These are the black looking specks you can see in the photo because there is no light behind it.  Chain link wrapped all the way around with another chain at top for hanging.  It could probably use some cleaning - I didn't do too much because I didn't want to damage the paint.  w
