Untested open box item.  Has some slight shipping wear on the back (it's a resin fill which scuffs easily) but the pins don't show any signs of use.
 
For those of you who follow my listings, this is a little different (and better!) than the way it normally works.  Usually if I have an item I can't test I sell it cheap and the buyer pays the return shipping, with the idea being that we both risk about $6-$10 for the chance for me to make money and you to save money.  But I'm more confident than usual that this is a working item based on its physical condition, so I'm doing free return shipping on it.  Basically the only thing you're risking with this one is your time.  If it works you save almost $100; if it doesn't work you return it and get all your money back and don't flame me for selling you an item that didn't work.
