Damaged Items: If your item is damaged - it likely will not need to be returned. However, there are things necessary for refund. Take several photos of the item, with the original packaging - showing the damage. This must be sent to me, via Ebay Messages to document the damage - so that I can make a claim. You will get a refund when this is completed - usually the same day photos are received. Please take clear in-focus photos. Damaged items need to be reported ASAP - not within 30 days...30 days is for a "return", not a damaged item.
Handling Time: This is when your item is due to ship. It requires 1 full business days to put your item in the mail. This does not included weekends, or postal holidays.
PICTURES: I try to offer the best lighting that I can. However, especially in winter, even outside - pictures can be seen as brighter, and indoors they can appear darker. I try to adjust and show as accurate color as I can - and also monitors on computers can show things in a different contrast as well. Please understand.
SHIPPING CARRIERS: Items will be shipped via the least expensive insured carrier, regardless of shipping method chosen by the buyer. Seller reserves this right, as sometimes the box ends up being larger, or weighing more than anticipated - and may cost more than originally charged to the buyer at the time of sale - after the item is ultimately boxed.
