* Serial Number Verification: All Items are shipped with documented serial numbers. For a return to be accepted, the serial number on the returned Item must match the original serial number listed above. The Items with mismatched serial numbers will not be accepted under any circumstances or it will be deducted from your original payment a fee of 80%. 

* Restocking Fee: All eligible returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount to cover inspection and repackaging costs. 

* Item Condition Requirements: Items must be returned in their original condition, including all original packaging, and accessories. Damaged, incomplete, altered, or swapped items may result in partial refunds of 80% or denial of the return. The items were reviewed and tested and if we see that the product works correctly there will be a fee of 50% of your initial payment .We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
