- Tube appears to be unused
- Tube was found in an Original RAYTHEON CK6146 Box
(notes: we recently purchased a large military engineering surplus lot, this tube was in the lot)
- Black Thoriated Tungsten plates
- Believed to be Late 1950's to early 1960's production, with larger metal base
- Production Black Inked on Metal base "Raytheon CK6146" "12 "M14" "Made in USA"

Note: All TV7 versions test at
a maximum of 150VDC Plate Supply volts, 135VDC Grid #2 Volts and Control
Grid #1 (Bias Setting) of Zero(0) to -40VDC.
TV7D/U Test Results: No Shorts, No Leakage, No Gas, No apparent Micro-phonics

GE & RCA Factory data sheets for tube type 6146 is stated at at 200VDC Plate Supply,
200VDC Grid #2 and plate emissions 100mA lists Transconductance(Gm) = 7,000 uMhos = 56
TV7 meter reading.
When testing at 150VDC Plate Supply, 135VDC Screen#2 and Control Gride#1 setting Bias=30 (= -12V)
a Factory NOS 6146 will test for Gm > = 52 = 6,500 uMhos at 88 mA Plate Current emissions.
