With a chocolate caramel Vanilla taste, these chocolate chips are perfect for creating delicious desserts, chocolate coverings and chocolates. Manufactured in Belgium using high quality ingredients, these chips have a 30.4% cocoa content and are easy to melt.

Simply place in microwave in a plastic microwave bowl for 40-50 seconds, take out and stir. Now microwave for 10 seconds, take out and stir - repeat putting back in for 10 seconds and stirring until chocolate is melted, smooth and glossy. Alternatively, melt in a bowl over a bowl of hot water. Be careful - if any steam or water gets into the chocolate, it will go lumpy. Tried and tested - they taste great.

Ingredients:  cocoa butter 30.0%; sugar 29.0%; whole MILK powder 25.0%; MILK sugar 5.5%; whey powder (MILK) 5.0%; skimmed MILK powder 2.5%; caramelised sugar 2.0%; emulsifier: SOYA lecithin <1%; natural vanilla flavouring <1%; salt <1%.
