With a chocolate caramel Vanilla taste, these chocolate chips are perfect for creating delicious desserts, chocolate coverings and chocolates. Manufactured in Belgium using high quality ingredients, these chips have a 30.4% cocoa content and are easy to melt.
Simply place in microwave in a plastic microwave bowl for 40-50 seconds, take out and stir. Now microwave for 10 seconds, take out and stir - repeat putting back in for 10 seconds and stirring until chocolate is melted, smooth and glossy. Alternatively, melt in a bowl over a bowl of hot water. Be careful - if any steam or water gets into the chocolate, it will go lumpy. Tried and tested - they taste great.
