This is a speedo repair kit for the instrument cluster of a GM Silverado Sierra Avalanche Tahoe Yukon Suburban vehicle. That are experiencing erratic gauge behavior, Like jumpy needles, stuck gauges, pegged out gauges. This kit also covers burned out backlighting as well. It includes 6- Juken/Switec stepper motors and 10-bulbs to fix the speedometer gauge. The manufacturer part number is X27.168 and it is compatible with 2003-2006 (2007 classic) models.

*X27.168 motors are the latest updated OEM approved stepper motors replacing C5.168, XC5.168, X15.168 & X25.168 versions. These motors are common repairs to many GM instrument clusters in model years from 2000-2006 including (2007 classic )

Installation of these stepper motors and bulbs requires good soldering skills, professional equipment and electronic knowledge working with delicate PC boards. You will have to remove all the gauge needles and fully disassemble and reassemble the Cluster to replace the stepper motors.
