We ship and process 7 days a week. If you order on Sunday or after 5pm PST it won't be shipped out same day but it will still go under immediate processing and be shipped out the next immediate available day. 

Combined shipping will be used for discounted volume orders (for our domestic customers) to maximize shipping value and to ensure all your items arrive at the same time.

Refunds and exchanges are always welcome, you can return your item to us worry free within 30 days of purchase but please be considerate when returning and be sure the item is not worn (trying the item on is OK obviously) and that it has all tags or stickers. 

All returns will be inspected to be sure they can be resold and if they are unable to be sold, we will deduct the cost price of the item from the refund - please be diligent and respectful to the item if starting a refund/exchange. Buyer will be responsible for exchange or return shipping unless the wrong item was sent out on our end.
