Oval Double Sided Holy Medal - Blessed Virgin Apparition at Lourdes

This item is oval in shape 30.6mm x 25.2mm, 2.8mm thick, and weighs 3 grams.

It is made of a silver tone metal, probably aluminium.

Parts of the picture are in relief which gives it a slightly 3D effect.
