This is a new in original packaging "Star Wars : Hot Wheels Starships - Imperial TIE Fighter" from 2017.

Although this item is new / sealed the packaging is in rough shape, its creased torn and water damaged. Also there are some staples through it for some reason although the bubble appears to still be mostly still attached to the card.

Comes only with what's shown in the pictures.
