VAT Relief: If you opt for the VAT exempt price, you agree that you are eligible, and must provide us with the name and specific medical condition or long term illness that the user is living with.  
For example: Arthritis, Learning Disability, Partially Sighted, Stroke etc. Unfortunately, ‘old age’ or ‘elderly’ does not qualify for VAT relief.

Returns: In line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have 14 calendar days to change your mind. All we ask is that the item(s) are returned unused and in the original packaging. You will be responsible for the return of the item(s) and associated costs, we recommend you use a tracking/signed service as refunds will not be given without receiving the item first. 

We can assist you with arranging return delivery at your own cost, please feel free to contact us if you would like assistance returning your item.

A refund will be given within 14 days of receiving the item, providing it has been returned in its unused condition, this includes the original, undamaged packaging. Returns without the packaging will not be accepted for a full refund. A deduction can be made if the value of the item has been reduced as a result of it being handled more than necessary before returning. 

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will make every effort to rectify this as soon as possible.  If you have a return, problem or question we are happy to help, feel free to contact us any time.

Our handling time is usually the same working day, some larger items are 1 working day. Specific carrier information can be found in each individual item listing. We use Royal Mail, DPD and Parcelforce. Deliveries are free of charge, with the exception of the following postcodes, where extra charges may apply. Please contact us prior to purchase if your delivery is to one of the below postcodes.

  • ZE – Shetland Islands
  • IV – Inverness
  • KW - Kirkwall
Our delivery drivers are unable to take any items directly into the property and will only deliver to the front door, therefore we do recommend ensuring there are two people present to assist at the time of delivery on orders over 25kgs.
Large items only - Once your order has been placed we will be in contact to arrange a convenient delivery date. Please ensure the contact details provided to eBay are correct and up to date. We also need to speak directly with the purchaser or recipient, before completing delivery of any large items.
If you require both a delivery & Installation service, please let us know before placing the order and we will happily assist further. The easiest way to do this is via the eBay messaging service.
Please note deliveries do not take place at weekends or on public bank holidays.
