Dress is sensational and I think Miss Melinda of California made a limited run of each dress. This dress has a chain of rhinestones that go down the straps of the dress to the center of the chest. The halter portion of the dress ties around the back of the neck and it zips from the back down the waist. Please message me with any questions you may have.
