Your manufacturer's box (if included) may differ from the display box in the photo. The manufacturer's box (if included) may show wear. The manufacturer's box (if included) will Never have a lid. The manufacturer's box (if included) will always match the brand but, may not match the shoe model or style number of the shoes.

All of the items that we sell are marked in some manner that would not be visible to other people to prevent fraudulent returns.

COMBINED SHIPPING

We will be glad to combine shipping. If you’re looking at multiple items eBay sometimes does not provide the correct shipping rate. Please reach out to us about combined shipping bundles and we are happy to provide a quote for your items. We also will send a refund after items ship out if Ebay has overcharged your shipping.

HANDLING TIME

We always ship the same day or the next business day after receiving payment. We offer several different shipping options at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

If you are an international customer, we ship by the eBay International Shipping program if it is available in your country. If it is not available, we only ship by Priority International or Express International Mail so that we can track and insure your package.

International customers are responsible for ALL applicable customs fees, taxes, duties, etc. (NO EXCEPTIONS).

We also WILL NOT devalue any International purchase or mark it as a gift. (NO EXCEPTIONS)

WARRANTY

A large portion of the shoes we sell are vintage. Nothing is immune from the effects of time. Fabrics age, leathers dry, glues wear out and do not hold forever. Manufacture dates (if available), it will be stated in the listing. Some of the shoes may be for collectable purposes only. Please take this into account when purchasing.

There will be NO WARRANTY on ANY shoes we sell regarding wear and/or use. Per Ebay policy, any returned item MUST be in the same condition as when it was shipped to you. If anything happens to them during try on and/or wear, there are NO RETURNS.

Any attempts to force a return for these reasons WILL be contested 100% of the time. Period.

RETURN POLICY

We MUST be contacted before any return. We do not do exchanges, only refunds. We MUST receive the item back within 30 days from the day that you received the item. Item must be in the same condition as when received, New, Never Worn, and With Tags Attached or in the Manufacturer’s Box, if tags or box are mentioned in the listing. The buyer is responsible for any and all shipping costs. When we receive the returned item in the same condition as when it was shipped to you, a refund for the amount of the item only will be sent to you. All items MUST be free of smoke, perfumes, and pet odors. If any of these odors are present when returned to us, a 50% deduction will be taken from the refund.
