Petrobond Oil-Bonded Casting Sand – 20kg

Petrobond is a high oil-mix bonded casting sand designed for producing high-quality non-ferrous metal castings. It is suitable for use with gold, silver, aluminium, bronze, silicon bronze, manganese bronze, brass, and other copper-based alloys.

This premium casting sand produces a fine surface finish and delivers results comparable to Delft clay when using the same tools and techniques. It can also be used as an alternative to green sand for larger castings, producing near die-cast quality results.

Petrobond sand is reusable multiple times. Please Note: After use, any burnt or scorched sand should be carefully removed, allowing the remaining sand to be reused.
