Bridgestone Turanza T005 RFT Tires
The Bridgestone Turanza T005 RFT is a high performance, summer tire made for passenger vehicles and SUVs. This model has some touring sizes as well.
This model impresses with its controllability during high speed performance. The steering responsiveness and the driving stability is enhanced by the durable steel belt structure and the optimal footprint's road contact. This boosts the steering response time and accuracy to the driver's commands, while the structure is secured against the driving pressure affecting the model. The optimal tread design's surface contact boosts the braking ability by creating friction between the tire and the road surface at the moment of braking, which significantly decreases the braking distance. The high speed durability is upgraded due to the stronger steel belt and stiff polyester reinforcement as well as the Nano Pro-tech high silica compound. The structure does not deform under the pressure, while the compound avoids heat build-up and these enhancements enable the tire to securely perform at its greatest high speed capability.
The tire features a reinforced internal structure to increase the driving safety levels. The stronger construction enables the tire to withstand the weight of the vehicle and its passengers after air pressure loss. This allows the tire to be driven on once air pressure leaves the tire for 50 miles up the speed of 50 mph. In this manner, the tire does not allow the vehicle to be stranded on the side of the road. Instead it can safely arrive at a nearby location where the damaged tire can be fixed or changed. These tires should not be mounted on the same vehicle as regular tires.
This tire was designed for summer weather performance. It features a boosted summer traction ability. The dry and wet weather road gripping ability is boosted due to the asymmetric tread design and the summer compound. The asymmetric tread design enhances the grip on the road surface with a higher number of biting edges. The high silica Nano Pro-tech compound avoids heat build-up and improves the performing capability. The tread's wide circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning by dispersing water from below the footprint. All of these factors enable great summer traction ability and safe driving during the season.
The Bridgestone Turanza T005 RFT is a fuel efficient tire. The optimized summer traction and the reinforced internal structure ease the driving pressure off the tire, minimizing its rolling resistance. The rolling resistance is the driving pressure which regulates the vehicle's needed fuel intake in order to keep the tires in motion. By lowering the rolling resistance, the tire lessens the vehicle's fuel consumption and CO2 emission levels throughout the drive. All these factors enable fuel-efficiency and an environmentally friendly driving experience.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.

- Notify VYC Tires, Inc. via eBay message and provide the date of your original purchase, the brand, model and size of the tire, and whether you wish to purchase a replacement tire or obtain a refund.
- We accept Returns within a 90-day period starting from the date of purchase!
- No Restocking Fee will be applied and a Full Refund will be provided if the Item is returned in unused condition.
