This is the Lionel 6-18556 Chicago and Illinois Midland 4-Car Freight Set from 1992. 

This set includes three boxcars and one illuminated caboose. All cars feature die-cast metal sprung trucks, die-cast metal operating knuckle couplers, metal wheels and axles. The boxcars also feature sliding doors.
