These have been converted to using a static IP address, you can convert these back to be dhcp, you only have to download the file, or you can try a factory reset:

To factory reset a Cisco Aironet 1142n access point, you can use the MODE button: 
  1. Disconnect the access point's power.
  2. Press and hold the MODE button while reconnecting power.
  3. Hold the MODE button until the Status LED turns amber, which should take about 1–2 seconds.
  4. Release the MODE button.
  5. Reboot the access point by turning it off and then on again.
  6. Reconfigure the access point using the CLI or the Web-browser interface.
