Up for sale is a signed hardcover copy of Julius K. Hunter's Kingsbury Place: The First Two Hundred Years published in 1982 by C.V. Mosby.  The book measures just over 12" X 9" and is 226 pages in length with numerous photos and illustrations, most of which are black & white; it is signed on the half-title page with a lengthy inscription to the previous owner, dated 1983.  The original dust jacket is missing, but if you can live without it, there is only light edge and corner wear to the exterior, but no notable flaws.  The hinges are tight and the binding is sturdy; the interior pages are clean & unmarked, though slightly age-toned along the edges.  Please be sure to fully enlarge the provided photos, and feel free to contact me with any questions you may have.
