Delivery Options
Our Carrier will deliver items the next working day to most UK mainland destinations if the item is paid for before 3pm Monday – Thursday or 1pm Friday. There are however some restrictions for destinations off shore and the Scottish highlands. Please see the list below for destinations other than mainland England, Wales and Scottish Borders. If you are one of the areas below and agree to the carriage costs please commit to buy and then allow us time to send you an invoice with the amended delivery cost

Saturdays and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days
Our carriers would like you to supply us with a contact number just in case of difficulties finding your address. If there is no answer when the carrier calls you will be left a card explaining who to contact in order to arrange another delivery attempt.
If your item does not arrive as stated please you can use the consignment number and carrier name to track the item, if this does not help please contact us so that we can then find out what has happened. Please note that we are not aware of non delivery until you inform us.
Royal Mail Special delivery
This heater is more than 2kg when packed which does not allow us to use Royal Mail Special Delivery to send it to the areas not covered by our carriers normal service use. The alternative carrier service costs £12 and will take about 3 days to arrive
Return and Warranty information
We have a full refund policy and all of our items have a manufacturer’s warranty. We understand that an item may no longer be required for various reasons and we try to be fair with our returns policy. We are also honest about the length our manufacturer’s warranty in the unlikely event of there being a manufacturing defect in one of the products we supply. Collections
All of our items listed are on the premises and we are happy for you to collect during working hours.(8am to 3pm Monday – Thursday & 8am to 1pm Friday) Please contact us first to make arrangements.
Payments
Paypal is the preferred method of payment but we will accept card payments over the telephone. If you Commit to buy the item and then call us during working hours (8am to 3pm Monday – Thursday & 8am to 1pm Friday) we will dispatch that day
