The console is in good shape as in it functions great, taken care of electronically. See the pictures are of a switch, you wont get the exact one pictured but the one you get is guaranteed unpatched.

Some of the vent pieces may have fallen off but that does not affect functionality 

This particular system is in good working condition. The touchscreen works and it connects to the Internet. The console is in good condition other than normal signs of use which includes a mark on the screen, I pointed at in the photo. Please inspect the picture of the screen and back of console. The SD card reader works as does the cartridge reader.

WE RECORD SERIAL NUMBERS. We had a customer try to pull off a scam on us and he failed. He was caught and reported to eBay for them to deal with. The serial number that you see in the pictures is the exact one you will receive.
