Part of the late 90’s collaboration between Mattel (Barbie) and Desilu Productions (I Love Lucy). Lucy Does a TV Commercial, episode 30. Many know this as the “Vita-Meata-Vegamin” episode, where Lucy gets accidentally drunk on the “health elixir” she is marketing live on TV. The show itself cemented the comedic genius of Lucille Ball and her impact on American sitcom audiences for decades to come.

This was one of the most popular in the “I Love Lucy” Barbie series, selling out quickly upon its limited release. Originally retailed $40 in 1997.

Stored since purchase in a non-smoking home. Box shows very little wear (perhaps edges, consistent with storage/age) and the plastic “window” casing is clear - resulting in a stunning display piece.
