This is a Caprock brand clear quartz sleeve that is compatible with the Aquasana AQ-UV-Q420-SLEEVE quartz sleeve but not made by Aquasana. It is used in Max Flow whole house systems with the AQ-UV-L420C lamp. If you do not have a Max Flow system, you probably need the AQ-UV-Q330-Sleeve, which is 14 inches long.
The sleeve is open at one end and closed at the other and measures about 16.5 inches. Two O-rings are included for proper installation.
