Interesting billhead for a dentist in 1893 Chadron Nebraska. The billhead has a printed vignette of the numbered teeth from the entire mouth. 1-16 on top and 17-32 on the bottom. The dentist is named, but I cannot read the name well enough to distinguish. Customer is Mr John T Williams. It is dated 1893 and Chadron. 4 ½” x 8 ¼” and folded. See scans for more details.
