K-5 is a Soviet passenger aircraft. Designed by K.A. Kalinin in the late 20s.
Kalinin began developing the K-5 in 1926, the prototype was built in 1929. Serial production began in 1930. The aircraft was used until 1943, and until 1940 it was Aeroflot’s main airliner on domestic routes. In total, about 260 examples were built with various engines.
