This is a NEW with Tags and bag young girl's softshell jacket.  Nice quality with the color of 'Bubble Gum'.

The size is 11-12 years as shown on the tag.  I'll accept returns, but after your shipping costs back approaching the cost of the jacket, it would be a better idea to just make sure it will fit or she can grow into it.  If you can find a nicer, water resistant jacket for less- I'd go for it.  Nice quality, cute gift.
