Unused Surplus British Military Stock.

Made from a tough canvas type of material with some mounting plates/holes for attachment to vehicles etc….

Manufactured by Comptons 2000 who produce a wide range of canvas, tents, ground sheets, vehicle covers + more for the military so is good quality.

Could potentially be used for transportation of tools etc…

Has a toggle closure at the end for closing the bag shut.
