One of a series based on the "Paula" cartoon, this funny fellow is numbered W-325, dated 1973 and made in USA. Measures 4 1/2" tall with a 2 3/4" x 2 3/4" base. It is very good condition except that the felt is missing from the bottom. See all six photos.
