When replacing the old gasket.
1. Wear rubber gloves,Turn off water supply.
2. Hold the flush ball open by depressing the flush pedal.
3. Grasp the underside of the old seal and pull towards you to remove.
4. Clean mineral and other deposits from the slot where the gasket is inserted
5. Close the flush ball.
6. Lube the gasket with a water silicone grease.
7. Insert the gasket and gently push against the flush ball to make sure it conforms to the shape.
8. Test flush a few times. If the water stays in the toilet -- It is working.
