SHIPPING IN ITALY
You can choose between 2 shipping methods or local collection:
- MAIL 1 STANDARD, price €3.00, up to a weight of 100 g; this method is traceable but does not require a signature on delivery, does not show all the progress stages and does not guarantee arrival times, therefore it does not provide reimbursement or compensation in cases of failed or delayed delivery of the item. Therefore, we do not take responsibility, other than sending and providing the code;
- COURIER, price €7.00, for a weight over 100 g; this is a completely traceable method that guarantees delivery times (except for unforeseen events such as road bumps, strikes and/or demonstrations, etc., not attributable to us sellers) and, above all, it is a method on which you can intervene and request support if should they show up
problems of any nature. About this, It is important that the address is clear and complete of name and surname, street and house number, postcode, municipality and province, providing any other information, such as a different name on the intercom, the presence of the doorman in the case of a building or simply an alternative reference point near the indicated address, such as a shop or a neighbour/relative, in case of absence;
- COLLECTION IN THE AREA, free (you can find the address in the "Information about the seller" section).
If you purchase multiple items, courier shipping costs never exceed €7.00, except for Sardinia, Venice and the lagoon and smaller islands, for which there is a supplement of €9.50.
