These were produced by Record-O-Mail Co. of Newark, NJ., under the general title of "Popular"  This particular one had 6 songs, 5 of which did not identify artists:  This Old House, Shake Rattle & Roll, Mama Doll, Teach Me Tonight, and Muskrat Ramble, while the last song was done by Dean Martin, Oh-Marie.  Discogs calls them 10" 78 RPMs, but they do look like 33 RPMs to me.  Anyway, the surface looks clean and playable with a few light scratches or scuffs, will grade VG++.
