What are Throttle Stabilizers?
A throttle stabilizer is a throttle controlling mechanism that enables the rider to secure their throttle to a desired opening or setting.
The Kaoko Throttle Stabilizer Kit consists of a simple, ingenious and robustly designed friction nut that is integral with a special Kaoko™ handle bar end weight. The Kaoko™ bar end weight is closely matched in appearance and weight to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) bar end weight. Most installations simply require the removal of the OEM bar end weight and the fitting of the Kaoko Throttle Stabilizer kit in its place.
Operation of the Kaoko Throttle Stabilizer:
To Engage:Whilst rolling on the throttle, the friction nut can be gripped between your small finger and palm of your hand. This action tightens the nut and provides sufficient friction to set throttle to the desired opening. (The friction is such that the rider may still open and close the throttle. It simply has a slight rotational resistance to it.)
To Disengage:Whilst rolling off the throttle, grip the friction nut between your small finger and palm of your hand. The throttle should open and snap closed freely when correctly disengaged.

Can I install the Kaoko Throttle Stabilizer kit myself?
With each Kaoko throttle stabilizer a set of unique and specific product fitting instructions is included. Fitting is quick and simple and can be done in a matter of minutes. In most cases the fitting of the Kaoko cruise control simply requires the removal of the OEM throttle side bar weight, and replacing it with the Kaoko cruise control kit. Hinweis zur Batterieentsorgung und zum Batteriepfand
Motorradbatterien gehören nicht in die Mülltonne.
Die abgebildete, durchgestrichene Mülltonne bedeutet: Batterien dürfen nicht in den Hausmüll. Ist unter diesem Symbol zusätzlich eines der nachstehenden chemischen Zeichen (Pb: Batterie enthält Blei, Cd: Batterie enthält Cadmium, Hg: Batterie enthält Quecksilber) abgebildet, bedeutet dies allgemein, dass dieses Metall in der Batterie enthalten und dessen gesetzlicher Grenzwert überschritten ist.
Batterien dürfen nicht über den Hausmüll entsorgt werden. Sie enthalten möglicherweise Schadstoffe, die Umwelt und Gesundheit schaden können. Bitte geben Sie Batterien nach Gebrauch bei uns, an den Recyclinghöfen der Kommunen oder im Handel ab. Die Rückgabe ist unentgeltlich und gesetzlich vorgeschrieben. Alle Batterien werden wieder verwendet. So lassen sich wertvolle Rohstoffe wieder gewinnen und zugleich Umwelt und Gesundheit schützen.

Pfandpflicht für Fahrzeugbatterien
Besitzer von Altbatterien sind verpflichtet, diese ordnungsgemäß zu entsorgen. Jeder Vertreiber/Händler ist verpflichtet, Altbatterien unentgeltlich in der Nähe des Handelsgeschäfts zurückzunehmen. Im Versandhandel ist das Handelsgeschäft das Versandlager (bei uns: Uwe Keszler GmbH & Co KG, Mühlenweg 1, 24796 Bredenbek).
Beim Kauf einer Fahrzeug/Starter-Batterie sind wir als Händler verpflichtet, ein Pfand in Höhe von 7,50€ zu erheben, wenn keine Altbatterie (oder ein unterschriebener/gestempelter Entsorgungsnachweis, nicht älter als zwei Wochen) vorgelegt wird. Die Entrichtung des Pfandes wird auf der Rechnung vermerkt.
Unsere Batterie-Preise verstehen sich bereits inklusive Pfand.
Rückgabe/Erstattung des Pfandwertes:
Dem Endverbraucher die folgenden Möglichkeiten der Rückgabe zur Verfügung:
Rückgabe der Altbatterie bei uns: Uwe Keszler GmbH & Co KG, Mühlenweg 1, 24796 Bredenbek. Alternativ kann die Rückgabe bei Motorrad-Händlern, Werkstätten oder auch bei den kommunalen Sammelstellen erfolgen. Den Rückgabe-Beleg senden Sie im Anschluss per Fax (04334/18 76 29), eingescannt als E-Mail (info at motorrad-ersatzteile24.de) oder per Post an unsere Zentrale unter der Adresse Uwe Keszler GmbH & Co KG, Mühlenweg 1, 24796 Bredenbek. Wir erstatten Ihnen dann das Pfand.

Information zu Rücknahmepflichten nach Altölverordnung
Gemäß Altölverordnung sind wir verpflichtet, bei der Abgabe von Verbrennungsmotoren- oder Getriebeölen sowie Ölfiltern gebrauchte Verbrennungsmotoren- oder Getriebeöle bis zur Menge der im Einzelfall abgegebenen Verbrennungsmotoren- und Getriebeöle sowie grundsätzlich Ölfilter und beim Ölwechsel regelmäßig anfallende ölhaltige Abfälle zur ordnungsgemäßen Entsorgung kostenlos zurückzunehmen. Sie können uns daher die entsprechenden gebrauchten Öle, Ölfilter und beim Ölwechsel regelmäßig anfallenden ölhaltigen Abfälle an uns zur kostenlosen fachgerechten Entsorgung als Gefahrgut übersenden.
